In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the ide77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the lifetime of your account.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ide77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with prevailing norms for online gambling platforms serving the Indonesian market. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing any wager. ide77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. ide77 primarily serves players residing in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity, guardianship order, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from entering into financial agreements.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) active account on the ide77 platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion request made through ide77's Responsible Gaming tools, or through any linked third-party exclusion scheme.
• Not a Platform Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold Player accounts or participate in promotions.

To access the full range of ide77 services, you must register an account. The following conditions govern the registration process and your ongoing obligations as an account holder.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. ide77 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect information supplied at registration.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ide77 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify ide77's customer support team immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Suspension: ide77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraud, terms violation, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the platform.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that records no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ide77 may apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.

ide77 is required by its licensing conditions and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process is referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

• Required Documents: Players must submit a valid government-issued national identity card (KTP Nasional for Indonesian residents), one proof-of-address document (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a clear selfie photograph holding the identity document.
• Processing Time: Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–24 hours during business days (WIB, Monday to Friday). Submissions during Indonesian public holidays or peak periods (such as Idul Fitri) may take up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawal Gate: No withdrawal request will be processed until KYC verification is approved. ide77 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing arising from a Player's failure to submit or satisfactorily complete KYC documentation.
• Ongoing Verification: ide77 reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time, including for high-value transactions or where account activity triggers enhanced due-diligence thresholds under our AML policy.
• Refusal: Where a Player refuses to complete KYC verification, ide77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds until verification is satisfactorily completed, or to close the account if the Player remains unwilling to comply.

All deposits on the ide77 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ide77 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ide77 accepts no responsibility.

• Accepted Methods: Deposits are accepted via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Minimum amounts for specific promotions may differ and will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your ide77 account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. ide77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, banking maintenance windows, or network disruptions.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained lawfully. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods registered to another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
• Currency: All account balances, wagering, and payouts are denominated in IDR. ide77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

ide77 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawal processing. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through the platform.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been approved on the requesting account. See Clause 4.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 5–60 minutes on average, depending on the selected payment method. BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri transfers are typically settled within 5–30 minutes. E-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) typically settle within 5–15 minutes. ide77 does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from third-party payment infrastructure.
• Return to Source: Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, ide77 may request alternative account details, subject to identity verification.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements (see Clause 7) before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• Right to Review: ide77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violation, or where the request triggers AML review thresholds. Players will be notified of any such review within 24 hours.

ide77 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotional page.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, all bonuses carry a 10x wagering requirement calculated on the sum of the qualifying deposit plus the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 14 calendar days of bonus activation.
• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first-deposit match bonus (up to Rp 2.000.000) is available once per Player, per household, and per IP address. Players who have previously held an ide77 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.
• Eligible Games: Wagering contributions toward bonus clearance vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion details.
• Bonus Abuse: ide77 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements (e.g., betting both sides of an outcome). ide77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where abuse is identified.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full. Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Modification and Withdrawal: ide77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and under active wagering by Players.
• VIP Program: ide77's six-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) operates under separate terms published on the platform. Tier status is calculated on monthly turnover in IDR. Tier thresholds and benefits are subject to review at ide77's discretion.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on ide77. Specific rules for individual game types — including football sportsbook (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions), live dealer casino, togel, slot products, and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) markets — are published in the relevant game-specific rules sections accessible within the platform.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the ide77 platform, it may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player except where ide77's specific cancellation policy for that market type permits it.
• Errors: ide77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at a manifestly erroneous price, line, or payout rate, whether caused by technical error, data feed failure, or human entry mistake. Players will be notified promptly of any void and funds returned to their account.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all game types. These limits are published within each game's specific rules. ide77 is not obligated to pay out any amount above the stated maximum payout for a game or bet type, irrespective of the mathematical result.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to the minimum odds per selection and maximum combination leg limits as published in the sportsbook rules. All selections in a parlay must win for the bet to be paid; any void selection reduces the parlay accordingly.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended by ide77's trading system. ide77 is not responsible for bets placed on stale odds where a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) has occurred but the odds update has not yet propagated to the Player's interface due to network latency.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may activate a temporary break from the platform of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for a minimum of six months must contact ide77 customer support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for their stated duration.
• Underage Protection: ide77 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. If you are aware of a minor accessing the platform, please contact our support team immediately.
• Reality Checks: The platform provides optional session-duration notifications at Player-configurable intervals.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ide77 platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human Players.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering or attempting to use ide77 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to ide77 support immediately. Players who exploit known or discovered bugs for financial gain will have associated winnings voided.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions or self-exclusion through a proxy account.
• Engaging in any conduct that ide77 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, dishonest, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

All content on the ide77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "ide77", logos, graphical assets, software code, game interfaces, odds data, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ide77 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any element of the ide77 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ide77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ide77 limits its liability as follows.

• Service Availability: ide77 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access. ide77 is not liable for losses (including missed betting opportunities) arising from downtime, latency, or technical failure.
• Third-Party Services: ide77 is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or accuracy of third-party payment processors, game content providers, data feeds, or telecommunications networks used in connection with the platform.
• Consequential Loss: ide77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Player Decisions: All betting and gaming decisions are made by the Player at their sole discretion. ide77 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or wager placed on the platform.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Where liability cannot be excluded in full, ide77's aggregate liability to any single Player in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their ide77 account during the same twelve-month period.

ide77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ide77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, fulfilling KYC and AML obligations, and where you have opted in, sending promotional communications. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

ide77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, ide77 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account, at which point any remaining eligible balance will be returned to you following standard KYC procedures.

ide77 operates as an internationally licensed platform under an offshore gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ide77 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.
